Wildlife

Safari Beach Lodge is the only lodge in the Senga Bay Forest Reserve. This remote and beautiful location is not only very quiet, but also harbours very nice local wildlife. The lodge is home to a local family of baboons and among other species you can see genet cats, hyrax and monitor lizards. And of course there are the many, many different birds among which fish eagles, king fishers and cormorants.

We can arrange a trip to the nearby Thuma forest where they have elephants, buffalos and antelopes.
